Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.

For jewelry that is out of stock, please allow 10 days for manufacturing before shipping. Once ready, the jewelry will be sent quickly.

We accept returns within 15 days of order delivery, provided the items are in the same condition as when received. Sabrina's Factory reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned items are not in perfect condition.

Important notes:
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.
- Sale items are also final sale.
- Make sure items are carefully packaged and protected when returning. The package remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use a registered or registered postal service.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- During busy periods, returns may take up to 7 business days to process, although we do our best to expedite this time.

Handling and packaging:
Jewelry is often made with delicate and precious materials. Improper handling or insufficient protection may result in damage. No refunds will be given for items damaged due to improper care or insufficient packaging upon return.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you are eligible for a return, you can return the item for a refund. If you would like another item, you will need to place a new order.

The majority of our jewelry is made from 24k fine gold-plated stainless steel. Some models are also 3 micron gold plated. The exact composition of each piece of jewelry is specified in its product sheet. All our jewelry is certified nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, guaranteeing their quality and safety. Additionally, each fine (semi-precious) stone used in our designs has its own unique characteristics, adding a touch of authenticity and value to our pieces.

The entire By the Only collection is Gold filled jewelry, adding a touch of elegance and refinement to each piece.

Each piece of jewelry has its own characteristics detailed in its product sheet.
All bracelets and necklaces are adjustable and have an extension chain: 3cm for bracelets and 5cm for necklaces. All rings are adjustable and can be adjusted according to the size of your finger.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, it is possible to have your jewelry repaired in our workshop, provided that the repair is feasible. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. For any repair request, please send us an email to sabrinasfactory@gmail.com attaching photos of the damaged jewelry before sending it to us. This will allow us to validate the feasibility of the repair.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to the By the Only collection, which is not eligible for repairs.

Care tips for your jewelry

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend that you follow these care tips:

- Avoid contact with water: Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming or washing dishes. Water, especially salty or chlorinated, can tarnish and damage finishes, particularly pieces gilded with fine gold.

- Avoid chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, household products and other chemicals can alter the shine of your jewelry. Remember to put your jewelry on last during your skincare or makeup routine.

- Store your jewelry carefully: When you are not wearing it, store your jewelry in a dry place and away from direct light. The ideal is to store them in a fabric pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches and oxidation.

- Clean your jewelry gently: Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to wipe your jewelry after wearing it, especially if it has been exposed to sweat or cosmetics. Avoid harsh cleaners.

- Handle with care: Jewelry can be delicate, especially those adorned with fine (semi-precious) stones. Handle them with care to avoid impacts and falls that could damage the structure or dislodge the stones.

By following these few simple rules, you will protect your jewelry and maintain its shine for many years.
