These General Conditions of Sale govern all commercial relations between Sabrina's factory (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"), operated from Canada, and any person making a purchase via the Sabrina's factory website (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"). "the Customer").

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Store, mainly handmade jewelry.

Products

All products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, due to the artisanal and natural nature of jewelry (stones, pearls, etc.), minor variations in colors, shapes or sizes may occur, making each piece unique. The photos presented on the site are non-contractual.

Price

Product prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD). Delivery costs are additional and specified before validation of the order. The Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Order

The order is validated when the Customer has accepted the General Terms and Conditions and made full payment for the order. An order confirmation will be sent by email, summarizing the products ordered and delivery details. The Store reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order or for any other legitimate reason.

Payment

Payment for orders is made online via secure payment methods offered on my site. Full payment must be received before products are shipped.

Delivery

The products are shipped to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. For jewelry in stock, delivery is generally within 1 to 3 business days in Canada. For made-to-order or personalized jewelry, additional lead time may be required. This deadline is indicated in the product sheet.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer will be informed of the costs before finalizing the order.

The Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to postal services or any other cause beyond its control.

Warranty and Returns

Jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tears, accidental damage or misuse.

The Customer has 15 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product in its original condition. Earrings and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned due to hygiene or trade policy reasons.

Returns are made at the Customer's expense, and items must be sent in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. The Store reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not respected.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Sabrina’s factory site (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the Store. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

Liability

The Store strives to guarantee the accuracy of the information on the site. However, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, interruptions of the site, or direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the site.

Personal data

The personal information collected when ordering is necessary to ensure the proper management of orders and deliveries. They are processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The Customer has the right to access, rectify or delete his data at any time.

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Canadian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the Canadian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
